I have attended to the taxation affairs of Lloyd's Underwriting Names since 1978 and in this regard have experience of working and non-working Names.
I currently attend on Lloyd's matters for a small number of wealthy Active Names.
As a part of my activities in recent years I successfully negotiated a settlement with Lloyd's Financial Recovery Department on behalf of one Name, and completed the taxation affairs of several Names during Reconstruction and Renewal.
I have experience of conversion of a Name into a corporate vehicle.
